We hope you enjoy your stay at Lucy Lux Villa! These simple rules ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, neighbors, and the property.

• Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the villa. Please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Noise: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise to an acceptable level, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Security: Always secure all doors and windows when leaving the villa or garden to prevent theft or weather damage.
• Pets: Please do not feed any stray cats that may appear. They are cared for by locals in a central location and feeding them may encourage them to enter the villa.
• Breakages: Please inform us immediately of any breakages or damages so we can ensure the next guests enjoy a smooth stay.

📹 Security Cameras

Villa Lucy Lux has 4 outdoor security cameras (garage, main gate, back door, main entrance) for safety only. No cameras face private areas such as patios, balconies, seating areas, or the pool. There are no indoor cameras. The security system is off during guest stays. We fully respect your privacy.

💡 Energy & Environmental Policy

Please help us use electricity responsibly and protect the environment:

• Air Conditioning (A/C): Always turn off all air-conditioning units when not in the villa. Never leave doors and windows open while using the A/C. It only takes a few minutes for it to cool effectively. As electricity costs have risen significantly, please use it wisely.
• Lighting: Turn off unnecessary lighting and heating when not in the villa.

🧹 Checkout & Kitchen Cleanliness

We kindly ask for your cooperation with a few simple tasks before departure:

• Dishware: Please do not leave any washing up at the end of your stay, except if you must depart before the dishwasher has finished its cycle.
• Garbage: Remove all garbage from the villa and place it in the large communal bins outside the property.
• Appliance Care: Use coverings for fatty foods in the oven and clean the microwave of any food splashes.
• Food Storage: Remove all food items from the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards before departure.

🏊 Pool Rules: Safety and usage

Please read and acknowledge these pool rules before use. They are designed to ensure safety, maintain water quality, and protect all guests. By using the pool, you agree to follow these rules and accept the waiver below.

Pool Access & Supervision

• The pool is for registered guests of Lucy Lux Villa only.
• Depth: 70 cm to 160 cm. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Supervision: Guests under 18 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Safety Guidelines

• Use the pool at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
• No diving, running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool area.
• Do not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• No smoking or vaping in or near the pool area.
• No pets in or near the pool.
• Be careful when entering or exiting the pool — wet surfaces can be slippery.

Glass, Food & Hygiene

• No Glass Policy: Strictly prohibited — no glass (wine glasses, cups, bottles, or containers) in or around the pool.
  • If glass breaks in the pool, it must be emptied and refilled for safety. All related costs will be charged to the responsible guest.
  • → Plastic pool glasses are provided in the kitchen for safe use around the pool and bar area.
• No food or eating near the pool.
• Hygiene: Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
• Guests with open wounds, infections, or during menstruation must not use the pool.
• Contamination: If contamination occurs, the villa manager will close the pool for treatment. Cleaning costs will apply.

💸 Security Deposit & Damages Policy

Refundable Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of €300 is required at the beginning of your stay. It will be returned in full after check-out, once the villa manager has confirmed that the property is in good condition.

Please Note: We reserve the right to deduct costs from this deposit for damages, broken items, excessive cleaning, or if glass breaks in the pool. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
