We hope you enjoy your stay and ask that you respect these few simple house rules.

• Do not smoke inside the villa.
• Children under 16 are not allowed to use the swimming pool without adult supervision. Swimming in the pool is at your own risk, and guests are fully responsible for their own safety!
• Turn off all air-conditioning units when not in the villa or leave doors and windows open whilst using the air-conditioning. It only takes a few minutes for these to become effective. The electric costs have raised by 68% in 2022, so please keep this in mind. We prefer to keep the electric costs included in the rental rate instead of charging them separately to our guests, but please use the A/C with caution.
• Turn off all unnecessary lighting and heating when not in the villa.
• Secure all doors and windows when not in the property or garden.
• Do not use drinks glasses or glass bottles in the pool. If a glass breaks in the pool, we would unfortunately need to empty it.
• Please dispose of all your rubbish into the large communal bins outside the property.
• At the end of your stay, we ask that you do not leave any washing up, except if you need to depart before the dishwasher has completed its cycle. Please also remove all garbage from the villa.
• Please use coverings for fatty foods in the oven to prevent unnecessary soiling.
• Please clean out the microwave of any food splashes.
• Please remove prepared foods from the refrigerator, freezer, or store cupboards and dispose of them before departure.
• Please inform us of any breakages so we can make sure the following guests do not have any inconveniences.
• Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to an acceptable level.
• Please don't feed any cats when they show up at the villa. They are fed by locals at a central location. Once you feed them at the villa, they may try to come inside and lie on sofas, etc. Thank you for understanding – they are being looked after.

Please note: We reserve the right to deduct money from your damage security deposit for costs incurred for failure to abide by these House Rules.

We are delighted to offer our guests the use of the swimming pool and kindly ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Pool Access & Supervision

• The swimming pool is for registered guests of Lucy Lux Villa only.

• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Guests under 18 are not permitted to use the pool alone — they must be accompanied in the water by a parent or legal guardian.

• The pool depth is 160 cm and there is no lifeguard on duty.

Safety Guidelines

• Please swim responsibly and at your own risk.

• No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool area.

• Please do not use the pool if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Glass & Breakage

• No glass (bottles, cups, containers) is permitted in or around the pool.

• If a glass item breaks in the pool, it must be emptied and refilled for safety, which is a significant process — so we appreciate your help in preventing this.

Hygiene & Water Protection

• Please do not eat next to the pool, as food or drinks in the water can cause contamination.

• Guests are kindly asked to shower before entering the pool.

• For hygiene reasons, please do not use the pool if you have open wounds, are menstruating, or have any other hygiene concerns.

• In the event of contamination, the pool will need to be closed for treatment.

• If contamination occurs due to non-compliance with these rules, the cost of treatment may be charged.
